A particularly hard post to write. I've had three different Aurelias since 1996, and the tan s.2 B20 has been our key Lancia since 2005. We've been to the east coast with it, done some Colorado Grands, up to Wisconsin races, even got best of show up there one year.
But as time has gone on, the B20 was getting less use and needed more attention. It has now a new home with a very good owner in Austin, Texas with rolling hills nearby. Ben Schotz, the new owner, has been into Alfas and Ferraris, and is now totally into the Lancia. While this brings this Aurelia chapter to a close, Lancias are still in our world. And I plan to stay involved in Aurelias, helping friends and sharing information, particularly on the early two-liter cars. There will be some website reconfig, yet to be figured out. For now, we look forward to things being a bit simpler, but also a bit less special.

"La Dolce Vita" in spyder: Giulietta or B24??…. On June 25, 2015, exactly ten years ago, the "Dolce Vita d'Estate" tour, a tribute journey organized by Ruote Classiche to celebrate the sixty years - which this year are seventy - of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spyder and the Lancia Aurelia B24, started in the morning from the Pininfarina Style Center and Engineering in Cambiano. "We are very pleased that the Tour was inaugurated in Cambiano at Pininfarina, which designed these two masterpieces - they comment at the Style Center. - They have both become timeless icons and the utmost expression of Pininfarina's design and Italian style. Therefore, we are happy to celebrate today the anniversary of two milestones in our history, as well as in the history of the automobile."
