original cars

Unrestored cars are special. They carry their history without a break, and allow one to participate in the past in an uninterrupted way. Several cars have been seen over the years, unrestored examples, shown here.
An unrestored s. 4 B20. At one time, this had a two-tone green paint job but there rest of the car is unrestored. It belonged to Bill Shakespeare, of Bugatti fame, in southern Illinois. With original leather interior, rarely seen.
An original, new B50 chassis, at Padova in 2013. Thanks to James Steerman for the photos.
Steve Katzman's unrestored B24 Spider in California
